I can clearly see that our boys have a much bigger heart for animals than their mommy and daddy (I think growing up on a farm desensitized me). Their big hearts and gentle spirits bring about a connection with mammals that's to be admired.
This little guy was hopping around so Oliver went and put on his disposable gloves, scooped the bird up, fed him, and found a safer spot for him to recoup.
