Oliver's Homemade Shuttle Launch

Binner was more into watching than crafting.
I was so proud of Oliver for sitting and actually working on this flag.

Madison and I were feeling a little stir crazy so we packed up the kids and headed to a beach.

We have all spent a lot of time in the pool this summer and over the last couple months both Oliver and Finn have gotten very comfortable in the water.
Oliver has gone so far as to swim under water for long (7 seconds) periods of time.
It's a huge leap for him to even let his face get wet. We're so proud of his progress.
Keira's Visit
First, we had dinner. I set it up restaurant style with crudely drawn menus for ordering. They dined at their own table, and took turns praying
Dinner wasn't exactly gourmet, but they loved it!

She had to quickly put her jammies on and share her light-sticks.
Just minutes before they both collapsed for bed.
We loved having her here and I can't wait for more visits as they get older.
