Moving on
Today was a sad day in our neighborhood. Today was the last day that Oliver and Aubrey were able to walk to each other's houses. Aubrey and her mom are moving away, although its only 15 minutes away, we'll really miss the convenience.
As part of her "going away" visit, Oliver gave her one of my old rings in a fancy ring box. I wish I would have recorded the opening. It was just like a proposal. He nervously handed it to her and then she gushed about how it was beautiful, and she'd "always" wanted one like that. They then sat discussing how hard it was to pronounce the word jewelry box. Oh the innocence of it all!
